“MID-ATLANTIC SCOOTER RALLY SPRING 2010 REGISTRATION”
        Thank you for joining us for our annual Spring Rally. In order to keep an accounting of who is attending, how many are coming, where you are coming from, year, make and model of your ride and a way to get in contact with you, we have developed this registration. It is vitally important to provide a contact method such as an email and phone number. We would prefer to have at least the email for the convenience of contacting everyone at one time rather than make several inconvenient and costly phone calls. Additionally, we are asking for phone numbers in the event that we need to contact you immediately or even during the rally, if need be. If you are attending with another person that has their own vehicle, please have that other person register separately. If you are riding with a passenger please list the passenger’s name as well and, if you wish, you can provide their phone and/or email.
